    Baritone Matt Woodbury has been singing with the Dallas Opera Chorus for over 20 years. He debuted as a soloist with The Dallas Opera in 1994, as a Yes-man in The Dream of Valentino, and later performed the roles of a courtier in The Tempest and Flora's Servant in La Traviata.

    He has also performed solo roles with Des Moines Metro Opera, Light Opera of Irving, and solos from the Lieutenant Kije Suite by Prokofiev with the Garland Symphony Orchestra, and the Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra. Matt has also sung in choruses with The Des Moines Metro Opera, Utah Opera, Greater Miami Opera Guild, and Lyric Opera of Chicago.

    Mr. Woodbury has been a professional musician for over 27 years. He teaches voice and harp lessons at the Geoffrey Harp School in Grapevine, Texas. He is also a section leader in the Chancel Choir at East Dallas Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Dallas, Texas and with the Harris Chorale at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.
